Q: Why dont you publish a postal address and a fixed telephone number? A: We have done this in the past but have been plagued by all sorts of rubbish either by telephone cold calls or junk mail through the letterbox. We dont want to publish these for every robot to trawl and harvest. You would be suprised at how much rubbish gets sent once you publish an address or telephone number online. Yes we still get cold called on the mobile, but at least it costs the caller a bit more and we can switch it off at night. We had to put up with all sorts of midnight calls.
